Different types of Goverment

We have been studying different types of Government. As part of this work, we looked at  scenarios for three different types of Government.  I worked in a group with Daniel, Scott, Tu and me Alex. The three different government types we created were:

    1. Constitutional Monarchy
    2. Fascism
    3. Oligarchy

Based on what we have studied so far, if I could choose any of these government types for a new country, I would pick Oligarchy and Military State.

Because I could control my country’s small group or big group of powerful people we could control our country and do what we have to do to protect our country while controlling my country while our Military keep us safe and doing the best they can do to protect our country safe.

Week 2 Book summary

What has been the main idea and theme:

Ash isn’t the Chosen one – it’s not his quest- he wasn’t even supposed to learn the Song. But he’s made an oath, and he can’t abandon his friend Kep to her awful fate.

The main character in the story is Ash but he’s not the chosen one and it’s not his quest and he’s not supposed to learn the song. Interesting part. The creature stared back at him, her flattened ears quivering. He hardly dared hope. ‘This knife… ,’ he quavered. ‘It isn’t from this dimension, is it.

Why (goals) The goal of creating a poem is to express emotions, ideas, or experiences through the artful and evocative use of language.

Ballads: Moon and Sun

In the heart of twilight’s embrace,

Where shadows dance and moonbeams trace,

A tale of love and loss I’ll tell,

Of hearts entwined, then bid farewell.

Through fields of gold and rivers deep,

Two souls did meet, their promises keep,

But fate’s cruel hand did intervene,

And tore them apart, a love unseen.

With every breath, they longed to be,

In each other’s arms, wild and free,

But distance grew, like oceans wide,

And love’s sweet flame slowly died.

Yet still they yearn, in silent night,

For love that once burned pure and bright,

Their spirits bound, forevermore,

In the ballad of love, lost and adored.
